    I cheated. I followed the links so that I could find out it was DICK DURBIN (the TURBAN) who said that back during the Clinton administration. And it was the NY Times who pointed out a link between bin Laden and Iraq (was that a typo?)... I think bin Laden has always been linked to Al-Queda.
